Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and incident response protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
