Job summary

SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT team in Iloilo City. You will manage enterprise infrastructure, including software, hardware, networks, servers, and endpoint security solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows Server, and EDR/SWG tools (CrowdStrike/Netskope). You will monitor, patch, and secure systems while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Management.
• Proven hands-on experience in software, hardware, network, and server administration.
• Strong experience in L1 and L2 Support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions, preferably CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions, preferably Netskope.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise software, hardware, network, and server infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and authentication services.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server environments.
• Deploy, manage, and support Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions, preferably CrowdStrike.
• Administer and monitor Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions, preferably Netskope, to ensure secure internet access and policy enforcement.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and server-related issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
