Job summary

NCC Group in Manila/Taguig city is seeking a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to manage enterprise SaaS platforms and internal applications. The role focuses on reliability, security, and performance across cloud-based services, working with engineering, security, and service delivery teams.

The candidate will lead platform configuration, automation, and incident response, with vendor management responsibilities and onboarding training for new tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management and cloud service delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in security-focused or compliance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Platform Administration: Manage core SaaS applications, user lifecycle, and license optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and policy enforcement; support audits and GDPR/SOC2 ISO2022 initiatives.
• Automation & Optimization: Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot SaaS incidents and maintain runbooks and knowledge bases.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work with engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders; manage renewals and onboarding of new tools.
