Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Senior Early Collections Supervisor to oversee calling activities, coach a team of collection representatives, and drive performance toward set targets. You will monitor quality, implement training, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using financial analysis tools/ software.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; experience in banking, consumer finance, insurance, telco, or financial services preferred.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Dialing, Systems or Process Management.
• Knowledge in legal requirements related to Labor code and collections regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Drive team productivity and effectiveness to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Monitor and ensure the team’s compliance in mandatory requirements including APE, Training, Courses, etc.
• Handle and resolve escalated calls as needed to.
• Ensure discipline and observance of the EDP within the department.
• Assist with other tasks within the EC (Early Collections) management team.

About The Job

The primary task is overseeing the Early Collections calling, monitors and drives collection goals and targets for their respective teams. It is also responsible for maintaining smooth and quality collections calling and implementing strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

What You Will Do

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and meet performance targets.
