Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring an Early Collections Associate in Pampanga. You will handle outgoing and incoming collection calls, inform clients about due months and contract details, and arrange payment plans to recover overdue balances.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, and can multitask while staying courteous and assertive. Day shift, competitive pay with a monthly performance bonus, HMO after 3 months, and other benefits are

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Should be able to multitask, highly adaptable, and assertive.
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate.
• Currently residing in Pampanga.
• At least 25B MBPS internet connection.
