Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Sr. Manager (Value Added Services) to drive innovation and growth in VAS through product development and strong partnerships. You will manage negotiations, build a robust partner pipeline, and work with multiple internal teams to execute new ideas.

The role emphasizes end-to-end partnership work, governance, and ensuring long-term profitability and scalable cooperation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or business development with partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand VAS offerings.
• Source and evaluate new business opportunities including joint ventures and ecosystems.
• Lead partner negotiations and build a strong partner pipeline.
• Support end-to-end acquisition, due diligence, and business case development.
• Define KPIs and drive performance reviews and optimization initiatives.
• Manage governance forums and ensure timely issue resolution.
