Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Process Compliance Lead to ensure VAS products and operations meet regulatory and partner requirements. You will liaise with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit, drive end-to-end process governance, and lead change initiatives to improve efficiency and risk controls.

The role emphasizes documenting SOPs, process maps, and work instructions, with a focus on scalable, compliant processes across channels and partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in process management.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management.
• Fluent English spoken and written (our company language).

Responsibilities

• Ensure VAS processes and activities comply with local regulations, policies, and partner obligations.
• Act as primary liaison with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams for reviews and audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes and documentation accordingly.
• Lead rollout of new or revised processes and train stakeholders; track adoption and KPIs.
