Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay is seeking a Sports & Leisure Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in providing sports and recreational services. Experience as a supervisor in an international class hotel is preferred, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include overseeing sports and leisure activities, coordinating with engineering for maintenance, training staff, and ensuring service levels meet our resort standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years actual experience in providing Sports & Recreations services.
• Preferably with experience as a supervisor in an international class hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of planned sports and leisure activities to ensure facilities, equipment and services meet established standards.
• Assist in designing suitable activities for groups and ensure guest safety in planning and execution.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering and supervise staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Provide training and coaching to staff, monitor performance, and ensure courteous, professional service.
