Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality Property, at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay, seeks a Lifeguard with at least 1 year of relevant experience to maintain pool facilities and assist guests with safety and information.

The role includes ensuring towels and amenities are stocked, logging pH and chlorine levels daily, and following all pool policies to protect guest safety.

Create exceptional experiences with Filinvest Hospitality. We are hiring a Lifeguard with the following expertise:

• Maintain Hotel and Villa Recreation facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness.

• Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information.

• Follow hotel procedures in relation to registration of guests and visitors at the pool.

• Follow hotel procedures in relation to signing of pool waiver for hotel guest prior to pool usage.

• Conduct activities and services for guest and members while giving proper instruction and safety reminders.

• Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply during operating hours.

• Ensure pool towels are logged and dropped properly on a regular basis to housekeeping.

• Ensure storage area is maintained clean at all times.

• Ensure pool plants and trees are free from falling dried leaves or object and are being watered on a daily basis.

• Conduct regular inspections of Recreation area & Villas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.

• Maintain responsibility for cleanliness of all swimming pools including villas, and garden areas.

• Ensure that Villa pump room is well maintained and kept.

• Ensure to log and track Ph and Chlorine level on a daily basis. This should be filed and be available at any time.
