Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay, part of Filinvest Hospitality Property, is seeking a Security Officer with 2–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality. You will monitor CCTV, patrol premises, and deploy security resources based on risk, while ensuring guest safety and compliance with procedures.

You will manage incident reporting, conduct investigations, and coordinate with the Security Services Manager and emergency teams. A calm, decisive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role in hospitality.
• Skilled in monitoring CCTV and patrols, identifying threats.
• Proficient in incident reporting and emergency response planning.
• Familiar with hotel safety procedures, access control, and breach prevention.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and patrols to identify security threats.
• Respond to emergencies, evacuations, and incidents.
• Maintain Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation.
• Coordinate with SSM, IRT, and CMT during crises.
• Enforce access control and gate pass procedures.
• Provide guest-safe, discreet security while maintaining service standards.
