Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a Sports & Leisure Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role collaborates with the Front Office and Duty Managers to plan and oversee recreational activities, and supports Equinox gym operations in partnership with fellow staff.

You will lead team-building activities, explore innovative activities to drive revenue, and ensure safety standards across all leisure services.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role (minimum 1 year). Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Front Office Manager, Duty Manager in creating, organizing, and overseeing the safe implementation of planned Recreations & Leisure activities to ensure facilities, equipment and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards.
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the Equinox gym in collaboration with fellow associates.
• Must lead team building activities booked by our guests.
• Suggests and initiates innovative activities that may generate incremental revenue.
• Inspects and evaluates Equinox facilities and equipment on a regular basis.
• Directly responsible for coordinating repair requirements and maintenance problems with Engineering department and follows up on accomplishment.
• Oversees actual implementation of all safety measures including diligently providing precautions to guests, in facilitating Sports & Leisure activities and service.
• Ensures that all staffs brief guests on related safety issues prior to any activity.
• Performs any other duties and tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
