• Support electronic data management by analyzing, uploading, and reporting member information across multiple systems.
• Serve as a liaison for clients and internal stakeholders on system requirements and data solutions.
• Investigate and resolve client, data, and system-related issues with cross-functional teams to deliver service.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting testing activities.
