We're looking for a Sponsor Contribution Senior Processor to join our GAWS team at MGS.

Position Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain member and client information accurately, ensuring compliance with established procedures and service standards.
• Exercise sound judgment in evaluating and processing transactions while maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
• Perform detailed quality checks to identify and prevent financial errors, ensuring accurate and reliable outcomes.
• Support electronic data management by analyzing, uploading, and reporting member information across multiple administrative systems.
• Serve as a key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, providing expertise on system requirements, file specifications, and data solutions.
• Investigate and resolve client, data, and system-related issues in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities, supporting testing activities, and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• College Graduate in any field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Experience in a technical role involving data file review, loading, and manipulation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
