Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in AP, vendor billing, or market data operations.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation and chargeback administration.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for market data issues and inquiries.
• Provide guidance to Analysts and Specialists on processes and best practices.
• Review complex transactions and financial activities for accuracy.
• Coordinate market data provisioning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead invoice reconciliation and payment processes with vendors and AP.
• Drive process improvements in billing, invoicing, and reporting.
