The role involves processing and maintaining member and client information with strong emphasis on data integrity, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain member and client information accurately, ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards.
• Exercise sound judgment in evaluating and processing transactions maintaining data integrity.
• Perform detailed quality checks to identify and prevent financial errors.
• Assist electronic data management by analyzing, uploading, and reporting member information across systems.
• Serve as a liaison for clients and internal stakeholders on system requirements and data solutions.
• Investigate and resolve client, data, and system-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements and support testing to promote operational excellence.
