Job summary

Qualfon is seeking a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition to lead the R&S area and ensure KPI compliance. You will organize the recruitment team and drive high-quality hiring, applying standardized procedures for Recruitment, Selection and Placement.

You will calibrate, certify new staff and continuously improve sourcing and branding efforts. Responsibilities include reviewing procedures, implementing enhancements, and recommending strategies to increase headcount while maintaining cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Experience with market/industry research is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, branding and recruitment skills.

Role SENIOR SPECIALIST, TALENT ACQUISITION

• Manages R&S area
• Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s
• Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
• Ensures hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position
• Ensures the application and follow‑up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures
• Supervises day‑to‑day Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedure
• Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff
• Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary
• Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed
• Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount
• Enhance Company Branding
• Facilitates Educational Tours as required
• Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities
• Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors
• Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals
• ≥5% Conversion Rate
• Monitors total number of hires from identified sourcing strategies
• Identifies and reviews low‑yielding sourcing strategies
• Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low‑yielding sourcing strategies
• Increases social networking capability
