Job summary

CloudEngine Digital Sdn. Bhd. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, return, transfer, and movement of spare parts and IT assets.

You will maintain accurate records, support monthly stock counts, and monitor safety stock levels to ensure reliable project readiness. Use ERP and inventory tools to enter and reconcile data, standardize storage practices, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams—including

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to coordinate across procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, return, transfer, and movement of spare parts, consumables, and related equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining safety stock levels and replenishment alerts.
Promote standardization of material classification, storage locations, labeling, and storage practices to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
Coordinate with domestic and overseas warehouses to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
Assist in managing IT equipment and spare parts, including servers, GPUs, network equipment, and related components.
