Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, return, transfer, and movement of spare parts, consumables, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining safety stock levels and replenishment alerts.
• Promote standardization of material classification, storage locations, labeling, and storage practices to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Coordinate with domestic and overseas warehouses to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist in managing IT equipment and spare parts, including servers, GPUs, network equipment, and related components.
