Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc Philippines is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for creating memorable dishes and upholding top kitchen standards. You will lead daily kitchen operations, mentor a culinary team, and ensure consistent quality across all service periods.

You will collaborate with the finance team on menu planning, costing, and budgeting, while maintaining strict food safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum five years as a Chef or at least three years as Sous Chef.
• Must speak local language(s).
• At least one year in a supervisory role within culinary or kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Make every meal a feast for the eyes and tastebuds.
• Direct daily kitchen activities and coach/develop a team.
• Encourage and address guest feedback.
