Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to find and engage top candidates for roles our clients need filled. You will headhunt from scratch, build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions, and present well‑screened candidates to the recruiting team before clients ask twice.

This 100% remote role requires availability during US business hours and offers USD compensation bi‑monthly. You will work directly with founders and the recruiting team in a fast‑moving offshore staffing platform.

Qualifications

Proven experience sourcing or headhunting for hard‑to‑fill roles.
Strong boolean and advanced search skills across LinkedIn and sourcing channels.
Experience reaching out to passive candidates with credible outreach.
Good judgment on candidate quality and fit.
Excellent written English and clear, professional spoken communication.
Organized and metrics‑aware with clean ATS records.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a small business.
Available to work full‑time during US business hours.

Responsibilities

Head Hunt from scratch and build candidate pipelines for senior roles.
Source candidates across multiple channels and regions.
Write personalized outreach to engage busy professionals.
Screen candidates and hand off strong fits with clear notes.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report progress.
Track metrics like outreach volume, responses, screens, and conversions.
Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client priorities.
Experiment with new sourcing channels and messaging and scale what works.
