Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and business leaders, delivering end-to-end recruitment across key banking functions. You will source, assess, and secure top talent while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

In a fast-paced environment, you will provide market insights, advise on hiring strategies, manage complex processes, and lead offer negotiations. Strong stakeholder management and a consultative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry is required, preferably across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with 3-4 days per week onsite.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring guidance, and recruitment expertise.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines and proactively support future hiring needs through workforce planning and talent mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting hiring targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data, process compliance, and adherence to all regulatory and client requirements.

The Role:

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and securing top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Working in a fast-paced and high-touch environment, you will provide market insights, advise on hiring strategies, manage complex recruitment processes, and lead offer negotiations. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines and recruitment objectives.
