Job summary

Insight in Manila is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive Copilot enablement and readiness for Microsoft 365 across multiple US-based client engagements. You will work as part of a globally distributed delivery team, coordinating with US architects and project managers to execute structured rollout programs.

You’ll assess tenant readiness, implement governance and secure Copilot deployments, and contribute to training and adoption materials while aligning with offshore delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 2–4 years in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience in globally distributed, async-first delivery model is a strong plus.
• Core technical skills: Microsoft 365 administration, identity, device and app readiness, security fundamentals for Copilot enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot workloads and governance in Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess tenant readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot across apps and services; perform remediation and configuration tasks.
• Implement configuration changes tied to access controls, policies and governance guardrails per project and security guidelines.
• Execute phased Copilot rollout activities across multiple client environments; develop reusable runbooks and checklists.
• Build readiness playbooks, governance docs, and handoff materials for Manila pod and client teams.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Copilot issues escalated by onshore teams.
