Job summary

Capgemini in the Philippines invites a Sr. Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for Workplace services, Messaging and Collaboration. You will align technical solutions with business strategies and manage design, pricing, and planning with the client.

The role requires extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID hybrid integration, Exchange, AD, and automation scripting, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT experience.
7+ years deploying and integrating enterprise Messaging and Email for large user bases.
5+ years creating code-based automation using PowerShell, JSON, XML.
5+ years as technical lead in large IT project management.
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem.
Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid AD integrations.
Experience with Exchange 2019 and M365 hybrid coexistence.
Experience with OpenText RightFax.
Design, deploy, secure, and maintain Active Directory.
Develop scripts and utilities for automation and operations.
Advanced Microsoft certifications.
Strong verbal/written/presentation and customer skills.

Responsibilities

Work with client on end-to-end solution architecture, finalize design requirements, and plan.
Collaborate with project manager, technical resources, and stakeholders to define dependencies and document solution.
Act as technical lead for end-to-end solution implementation and transition to steady state operations.
Be part of Workplace services operations team for steady state operations and escalations.
