Job summary

Tech One Global in the Philippines seeks a Delivery Engineer for AI Workplace (M365 + Copilot) to configure and deploy modern workplace solutions, ensuring secure handover and client adoption.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, QA, BA, and Managed Services to deliver high-quality outcomes and develop reusable assets for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical delivery, implementation, or cloud/infra projects.
• Experience on client-facing technical projects or implementation engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical validation skills.
• Ability to follow approved designs while identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Good communication skills with internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and validate assigned solution components based on approved designs and project plans.
• Configure, deploy, test, and troubleshoot technical solutions during implementation and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, deployment records, and as-built documents.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, QA, BA, and Managed Services teams.
• Engage with client technical teams for alignment, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and implementation issues early.
• Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, and delivery assets to improve quality and scalability.
• Build deeper specialization in your assigned solution area while supporting cross-functional delivery needs.

Your role in a nutshell:

As a Delivery Engineer for AI Workplace (M365 + Copilot), you will work on M365 tenant configuration, Copilot enablement, and modern workplace engagements, implementing assigned solution components based on approved designs and delivery plans. You will help ensure implementations are secure, documented, validated, and ready for client handover, and that clients adopt what's been built, not just receive it.

You will also contribute to deliver quality, reusable configuration assets, adoption outcomes, and continuous improvement across our Modern Work practice.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and validate assigned solution components based on approved technical designs and project plans.
• Configure, deploy, test, and troubleshoot technical solutions during implementation and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configuration notes, deployment records, and as‑built documents.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, QA, BA, and Managed Services teams.
• Engage with client technical teams for alignment, issue resolution, technical walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and implementation issues early.
• Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, and delivery assets that help improve quality and scalability.
• Build deeper specialization in your assigned solution area while supporting cross‑functional delivery needs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, systems integration, cloud, infrastructure, modern workplace, cybersecurity, business applications, or related IT services.
• Hands‑on experience working on client‑facing technical projects or implementation engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical validation skills.
• Ability to follow approved designs while identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and client technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a systems integrator, Microsoft partner, managed services provider, or IT consulting environment is an advantage.
• Microsoft, Azure, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, Power Platform, or modern workplace certifications are a plus.
