Job summary

Capgemini in Manila seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design for Workplace Services, Messaging and Collaboration. You will define requirements, plan work, and coordinate with project teams to deliver robust solutions for enterprise environments.

The role requires deep Microsoft 365 proficiency, Entra ID experience, and a strong background in hybrid identity and large-scale deployments. You will act as technical lead and support operations post-implementation.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Information Technology with 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 7+ years implementing and integrating complex enterprise-level Messaging and Email for large user bases.
• 5+ years as technical lead in project management of large IT organizations.
• Deep technical and operational understanding of the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, finalize design requirements, and plan work breakdowns and pricing.
• Collaborate with project manager, technical resources, and stakeholders to define requirements and document the solution.
• Serve as the technical lead for end-to-end project implementation and transition to steady-state operations.
• Be part of Workplace Services operations for steady-state support and escalations.
