Job summary

3Cloud LLC. is seeking a Copilot Admin and Support professional for our Managed Services team, focused on remote support in the Philippines. You will handle Copilot tickets, licensing, onboarding, and knowledge management across M365 environments, working with Microsoft and internal teams to resolve issues and drive adoption.

The role requires ITIL processes, MSP experience, and hands-on expertise with Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, and Power Platform tools across multiple tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM
• 1-3 years supporting M365 environments in MSP
• Experience with M365 Copilot
• Experience with M365 Prompt Engineering
• Experience with M365 Administration
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Defender, and 365 environments
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, MECM, Entra ID, Exchange Online
• Experience with Azure native services
• Understanding of system admin concepts
• Network concepts and troubleshooting
• Scripting with PowerShell and Kusto (KQL)
• Microsoft Certifications preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• User Support: Tickets, access issues, troubleshooting for Copilot across Teams, Outlook, web
• Maintain Copilot knowledge base, FAQs, adoption information and issue trackers
• License assignment and Entra ID role validation for onboarding/offboarding
• Provide prompt coaching, best practices, and adoption support for Copilot features
• Collaborate with channel partners for bugs, workarounds and updates
• Support for Power Users and Champions with new features and dev updates
• Record user experience and feedback regularly
• Address adoption blockers and identify Copilot use cases
