Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Solutions Engineer with 2–3 years of pre-sales or technical consulting experience to join our hybrid team in the Metro Manila area. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities include designing IT solutions, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and acting as the technical point of contact during pre-sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, IT Support, or a related technical role.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, ITSM, workflow automation, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with platforms such as monday.com, Freshworks, Freshservice, Freshchat, or similar business software solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, networking, or system architecture.
• Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.

• Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and evaluation of proposed solutions when required.
• Stay updated on the company's products, IT solutions, software platforms, and relevant industry technologies.
• Assist in the transition of won projects from the Sales/Pre-Sales stage to the implementation or delivery team.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, solution designs, proposals, and technical documentation.
