Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a client-focused professional to bridge technical and business needs for Freshworks products. You will participate in training, handle client inquiries, and implement solutions that meet specific use cases.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite per week, with two weeks of onboarding training. You’ll work with local and international clients, coordinate certifications, and train end-users on product usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant fields.
• Hybrid work setup with 2–3 days onsite at office/meetings.
• Must reside in Metro Manila.

• At least 2 years of working experience is required.

Requirements

• This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).
• Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training
• Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.
• Have a stable Internet connection.
• Have a space that is not noisy.
