Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead client engagements, shape solution designs, and document scopes for CRM migration and integration projects within HubSpot.

The role blends client-facing consulting with technical solution expertise, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and alignment with best practices. Remote work from the Philippines is supported, with occasional onsite activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of demonstrable experience leading multiple complex CRM end-to-end migrations and integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of project methodology and best practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, discovery sessions, and workshops to gather requirements and scope solutions.
• Partner with architects, designers and developers to create and validate technical solutions and maintain SoWs.
• Document requirements, solution outlines and proposals; ensure deliverables align with standards and profitability.
• Support delivery teams during handover from scoping into implementation and provide clarifications as needed.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of consulting practices.
