Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead client engagements, shape solution designs and ensure projects meet client requirements and standards. This role blends client-facing consulting with technical CRM migration and integration expertise, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting delivery of complex HubSpot projects.

You'll partner with architects, designers and developers, document requirements, deliver SoWs, mentor junior consultants, and drive best practices across

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience leading multiple complex CRM end-to-end migrations and integrations within HubSpot.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of project methodology and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, discovery sessions, and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, designers and developers to validate technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, solution outlines and SoWs.
• Ensure solutions are deliverable, profitable, and aligned with company standards.
• Provide delivery support and create reusable templates and assets.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvements.
