Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead client engagements, shape solution designs, and ensure projects meet client requirements and standards. This remote role supports CRM migration and integration work within HubSpot ecosystems for clients in Australia and Canada.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, and delivery teams to scope, document, and deliver profitable solutions, while mentoring junior consultants and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years leading multiple complex CRM end-to-end migrations and HubSpot integrations.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and scope solutions.
• Design and validate technical solutions with architects, designers and developers.
• Document requirements, solutions outlines and SoWs.
• Mentor junior consultants and support delivery teams.
