MicroSourcing seeks an Intermediate CRM & Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize business platforms, primarily HubSpot or Salesforce. You will manage daily user requests, support data transfers, build automated workflows, and keep customer data accurate.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations and cloud systems, turning requirements into automated pipelines, clean data flows, and clear reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on CRM operations or admin experience in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Active HubSpot Certification or Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities
