Qualifications

• 4–5 years leading CRM end-to-end migrations and integrations within HubSpot.
• Strong project management skills and solid methodology knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and discovery sessions to scope solutions.
• Design solutions with architects, designers and developers.
• Document requirements, SOWs and risk assessments.
• Support delivery teams during handover and execution.
• Mentor junior consultants and improve practices.
