Job summary

Command|Link is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Command|Alert, our signal-processing core. You will own end-to-end components from rule evaluation to downstream notification and design reliable alerting pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineers to ship solutions, mentor teammates, and tackle greenfield projects, all in a 100% remote environment with a culture that values bold ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience designing high-reliability alerting/notification systems in production.
• Strong Kafka experience with event streams for downstream delivery.
• Mastery of Go and/or Python, with multi-cloud and container orchestration.
• Experience turning telemetry into network/system topologies and dependency maps.

Responsibilities

• Design and own solutions for rule-based thresholds, ML scores, and correlation logic to produce high-fidelity alerts.
• Own reliability of major alerting components from evaluation to delivery.
• Mentor engineers, drive cross-team discussions, and lead independent projects.
