Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project/Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end software delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, DevOps, and BA, defining scope, timelines, resources, and delivery plans.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and coordinate with stakeholders and clients. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and Agile expertise to ensure SDLC compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management or Software Development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum and DevOps.
• Experience with enterprise applications, system integration, or cloud projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in at least one technology such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Cloud, or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Support.
• Set project scope, timelines, resources, and delivery plans.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, and quality standards.
• Track project status and provide updates to management.
• Improve team processes and overall efficiency.
• Support deployments, incident resolution, and post-project activities.
