Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery of IT initiatives from initiation to closure. You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and vendor contracts.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to confirm requirements, communicate status, and implement process improvements. Onsite role at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in Banking and Financial industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proficient in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Candidate must be amenable to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project performance.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and change requests.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver business requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and stakeholder communications.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
