Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated seeks a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to oversee multi-technology delivery. You will ensure on-time, high-quality outputs across departments, staff projects, and coordinate cross-function activities from planning through deployment.

You must have at least 7 years in technical delivery and software development with strong DevOps, design pattern, and Agile expertise. This role demands leadership, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT; advanced degrees helpful but not required.
Minimum 7 years in Technical Delivery/Delivery Management roles.
7+ years in software development and project management.
At least 1 year leading software development teams.
End-to-end delivery experience from planning to deployment.
Strong programming background or deep dev experience.
Extensive knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Hands-on with multiple SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Deep Agile ceremonies, artifacts, and delivery cadence experience.
Ability to produce technical artifacts, diagrams, and docs.
Experience with Confluence and Jira for docs and tracking.
Knowledge of on-prem vs cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), scaling and security.
Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, performance tuning, architectural eval.
Knowledge of testing types (unit, integration, UAT, etc.).
Understanding bug lifecycle and prevention techniques.
Experience in production deployment planning and RCA.
Understanding of DevOps tools and deployment automation.
Skilled at running efficient meetings and mentoring teams.
Capable of resolving issues and maintaining productivity and quality.
Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation in app development.
Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Works under the general direction of the Solutions Delivery Department Head and ensures on-time, quality delivery across multiple technologies.
Staffs projects with appropriate numbers and skills.
Coordinates tasks across sections to progress plans within budget.
Reviews plans and budgets for application system development with delivery managers.
Collaborates with Business Relationship Management and Requirements Development.
Works with QA to ensure defects are fixed within turnaround times.
Consults with Enterprise Architecture and Solutions teams on standards and direction.
Participates in vendor system evaluations and selections.
Performs development lead duties including design reviews, code inspection, and defect management.
Performs other related functions as assigned.
