Job summary

Rising Tide Digital Inc. in Makati seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital and mobile campaigns. This on-site contract role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will monitor timelines, manage risks, and drive post-launch performance improvements while maintaining strong client communications and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns.
• Proven team leadership and communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional groups.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support decisions.
• Experience in technical delivery or implementation within digital marketing, mobile solutions, or software development.
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies and web/mobile technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with external clients or brand teams; background in digital agencies or tech startups is a plus.
