Job summary

EXEO Group is expanding its In-Building Solutions (IBS) portfolio in the Philippines, focusing on identifying strategic sites and developing relationships with property owners, developers, and telecom operators. The role oversees end-to-end site acquisition, from initial identification to permitting and project support.

You will drive negotiations, coordinate with RF engineering and construction teams, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or site acquisition with min of 2 years working experience.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local property laws, zoning regulations, and LGU permitting processes.
• Willingness to do field work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and deliver presentations to promote IBS solutions and drive project adoption.
• Site Identification & Qualification: Conduct site inspections and coordinate with technical teams to assess feasibility and align solutions.
• Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate commercial terms, lease free DAS infrastructure rates, and access agreements with property owners, building managers, and developers.
• Permitting & Compliance: Secure necessary permits from LGUs and comply with zoning regulations and building codes.
• Stakeholder & Issue Management: Liaise with building owners, HOA associations, and internal technical teams to support the resolution of site-related issues.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, work with project teams to ensure site readiness and support smooth implementation.
