Dhost Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Executive Site Acquisition professional for a 9-month contract to drive IBS site identification, negotiations, and deployment. The role requires field work, stakeholder management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
You will engage building owners, developers, and telecom operators to secure sites, obtain permits, and support project implementation across multiple engagements.
The candidate is responsible for supporting the growth and deployment of In-Building Solutions (IBS) by driving both site acquisition and business development activities. The role focuses on identifying and securing suitable sites, building strong relationships with property developers, building owners, and telecom operators, and promoting IBS solutions to generate new business opportunities. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from site identification and feasibility assessment to commercial negotiations, permitting, and project implementation support. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement: Identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and deliver presentations to promote IBS solutions and drive project adoption.
Site Identification & Qualification: Conduct site inspections and coordinate with technical teams to assess feasibility and align solutions.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate commercial terms, lease free DAS infrastructure rates, and access agreements with property owners, building managers, and developers.
Permitting & Compliance: Secure necessary permits from local government units (LGUs) and comply with zoning regulations and building codes.
Stakeholder & Issue Management: Liaise with building owners, HOA associations, and internal technical teams (RF engineers, construction teams) to support the resolution of site-related issues.
Project Coordination & Execution Support: Support multiple projects simultaneously, work with project teams to ensure site readiness and support smooth implementation.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or site acquisition.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local property laws, zoning regulations, and LGU permitting processes.
Willingness to do field work and travel.
