• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in telecommunications Site Acquisition, ROW, permitting, network rollout or property acquisition.

• Identify high-potential areas for fiber/internet expansion in the Philippines.
• Determine decision-maker authority and build a stakeholder contact pipeline.
• Arrange meetings, surveys and approvals; secure locations for telecom facilities.
• Negotiate commercial terms with property owners, developers and officials.
• Prepare proposals, letters of intent and commercial offers; present to boards/officials.
• Manage permitting processes, including EO 32 and related regulations.
• Maintain an acquisition tracker with status, blockers and next actions.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings with owners, officials and executives.
