Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Capability Development Manager to join our team. The primary role of this position is to drive the development and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization by teaching fresh graduate students who are new joiners, spanning across various locations. The Capability Development Manager will also manage and run the ServiceNow Academia program, collaborate with university partners, upskill existing ServiceNow developers, conduct training sessions, and stay current with the latest ServiceNow trends and releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage the ServiceNow Academia program for undergraduates from the company's University partners.
- Develop and manage curriculum, perform assessments, and collaborate with external universities to plan and execute the program.
- Provide hybrid teaching (combination of online and in-person sessions) to fresh graduates across different locations (India, Philippines, Poland, Mexico).
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and brownbag sessions to keep the team updated on the latest ServiceNow trends and releases.
- Upskill existing ServiceNow staff developers to acquire new skills and proficiency in different ServiceNow product modules.
- Build Centers of Excellence (COEs) in various ServiceNow modules.
- Increase certification rates and manage overall certification and capability targets for the team.
- Support pursuits, orals, and client demos as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow.
- Assist in preparing and presenting technical content during client engagements.
- Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and releases in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Share insights and knowledge with the team to ensure they are informed about new features and best practices.
- Work with ServiceNow and other external parties on industry-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow on joint projects, events, and programs to enhance the company’s presence and capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong presentation and planning skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- At least 2 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
