Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow administration and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow instances, upgrades, hardening, performance monitoring, and tuning.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, and OIDC implementations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, especially Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, security, and observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of platform security, access controls, ACLs, integrations, and ITIL processes.
• Development knowledge in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, technical design, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an accomplished Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise platform administration, engineering, security, performance optimization, and system integrations.

This is an advanced technical position. We are prioritizing candidates with strong, directly relevant ServiceNow experience and substantial project exposure.

POSITION DETAILS

Role: Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Package: ₱128,000 – ₱131,400

Experience: 10 years

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience, with proven expertise in ServiceNow administration and platform engineering.

Strong hands-on experience managing ServiceNow instances, upgrades, system hardening, performance monitoring, and advanced tuning.

Technical expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) implementations.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, particularly Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, security, and observability platforms.

Strong knowledge of platform security, access controls, ACLs, integrations, and ITIL processes.

Development knowledge involving Java or similar object-oriented programming languages.

Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, technical design, and stakeholder communication skills.

SAFe Agile experience is an advantage.
