Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA/testing professional to join our team in the Philippines. You will design and execute automated tests using ATF, validate ITSM and GRC modules, and ensure platform upgrades meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders in an Agile environment, applying STLC practices and strong analytical skills to deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software testing with ServiceNow.
• Must have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Mandatory ATF Micro-Certification.
• Experience testing ServiceNow GRC and ITSM modules.
• Experience with platform upgrades and releases; STLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Validate configurations across GRC, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
• Execute manual and automated tests; document results and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support testing during ServiceNow upgrades and releases; report status.
