Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow to design, configure, and support enterprise HRSD solutions. You will work with architects and executives to translate HR and operational requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow implementations.

The role involves delivering complex HRSD projects globally, focusing on security, data privacy, and reusable accelerators to improve employee services and shared-service operations.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD (e.g., CIS HRSD) is required.
• Proven experience implementing HRSD in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end HRSD implementations.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment and transition to support.
• Configure HRSD elements: HR Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, Onboarding, Transitions, and related workflows.
• Design employee journeys for onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive views to monitor HRSD performance.
• Ensure privacy, security, and upgrade-safe practices across solutions.
