Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that improve employee services and shared-service operations.

The successful candidate must hold a current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD and have proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale HRSD implementations, engaging with senior stakeholders including CISOs and risk/compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow certification in HRSD and related areas.
• Minimum of 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications; CTA highly preferred.
• Experience leading complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions for HRSD/GBS.
• Translate HR, employee experience, security, data privacy, and operational requirements into scalable designs.
• Lead technical workshops and engage with senior stakeholders including CISOs and security leaders.
