Job summary

Datamatics is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work across HRSD, ITSM, and CSM modules to deliver scalable workflows and optimized user experiences.

Candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record of secure, maintainable deployments with automated tests and updates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional ServiceNow experience building and deploying solutions.
• Experience with HRSD or equivalent ITSM/CSM modules is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and security concepts (ACLs, RBAC).
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Develop and optimize API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Service Portal components.
• Manage deployment lifecycles, Update Sets, and automated tests.
