Job summary

Playlist seeks a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to scale our enterprise ServiceNow instance, design automations, and drive platform upgrades. You will craft runbooks for upgrades, implement integrations, and maintain security baselines while partnering with IT and security teams.

The role focuses on ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations within a growing organization. CAD certification is required, CSA/CIS preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior-level ServiceNow engineering with platform architecture ownership.
• Proven automation design across cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Advanced hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document improvements for the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
• Build workflows, forms, rules, automations, and custom UIs to extend capabilities.
• Ensure security baselines and governance; manage upgrades and hygiene.
