Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with ServiceNow CSDM.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, ServiceNow APIs, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development, configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules/applications.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and/or ServiceNow AI-related configuration or development.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting production ServiceNow environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain solutions across ServiceNow ITSM and other modules such as HRSD, Finance, and related applications.
• Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM in designing and maintaining configuration and service data structures.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, and other ServiceNow components.
• Configure and support Now Assist and AI-related ServiceNow capabilities where applicable.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Optimize ServiceNow configurations, scripts, queries, workflows, and overall platform performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
