Job summary

Infosys Limited in the Philippines seeks an experienced ESM (ServiceNow) Delivery Engineer to support a major Enterprise Service Management transformation within Network Operations. You will onboard network assets into ServiceNow, ensure accurate CMDB data, and drive discovery and service mapping across a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping.
• Strong CMDB concepts, CI relationships, and configuration management knowledge.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform ServiceNow Discovery and Mapping to onboard assets.
• Validate and maintain CMDB data, CI relationships.
• Onboard network devices, dependencies, and relationships.
• Configure discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and credentials.
• Troubleshoot discovery issues and data quality discrepancies.
• Collaborate with infra, app, and ops teams to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Support governance and handover to permanent ops team.
