Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow professional to join our GDS-ServiceNow team. You will implement and customize ServiceNow for global clients and solve complex problems with high-quality workflows.

You will work with scripting, integrations, dashboards, and analytics, translating business needs into technical specifications and delivering disciplined releases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years in a development role with ServiceNow exposure.
• Experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL foundations is a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Angular).

Responsibilities

• Configures and customizes the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Builds service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements.
• Automates tasks using scripting and ServiceNow features.
• Performs integrations and process automation (Orchestration, Web Services).
• Translates business needs into technical specs and documentation.
• Loads and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Creates dashboards, home pages, and analytics data collectors.
